Our mission is to empower Native American organizations by taking control of their own healthcare needs from Native American owned agencies. By developing sovriegn plans, these organizations can offer more benefits while reducing costs.  We aim to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and quality for all stakeholders in the healthcare journey.

Geoff Saunooke

Chairman of the Board

Geoff is a member of the Cherokee Nation of North Carolina. He as worked in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years. His unique background as an EMT gives him both a deep clinical understanding. His work as CEO and of NewLife Regenerative Medicine provides him with a broad understanding of the administrative side of business. His work in alternative medicine and owning solutions are part of his heritage.

Sarah Anderson

Founding Partner

Sarah brings over 25 years of experience working as the managing director for Colonial Life and Chief Operating Officer for HRMan, a Tampa-based MGA, serving clients with employee benefits. She brings a depth of knowledge of the partially-self insured health insurance space. She has worked with employers on creating custom health plans that allow employers to take control of this component of their business.
